How long and frequent are sessions?

Individual sessions are 45 minutes and take place at least one time per week. Couples sessions are 60 minutes.

How long should I expect to be in therapy for?

During your first and second sessions, Dr. Davis will work with you to set goals for therapy. Four weeks is typically a good time to reassess with Dr. Davis about whether you are on track with your goals and it feels like a good fit. After that, treatment length varies from patient to patient.

What about fees and insurance?

Dr. Davis is an out-of-network provider. She can assist you with questions about your out-of-network benefits, and provide any necessary paperwork for you to be reimbursed. Out-of-network benefits typically cover around 50%-80% of services. Dr. Davis also offers some sliding scale appointment slots; contact her to find out if you qualify.
